This device is used to collect dust on the capsules taken out of the capsule filling machine and to separate the empty capsules. The function of the device is such that after entering the product into the device due to the rotation of the brush inside the cylindrical mesh chamber, it is directed upwards and removes the dust from the capsules. After this stage, the product enters the sorter part of the machine, and due to the air pressure, the empty and half-filled capsules are separated from the healthy capsules, and the healthy product is placed in the outlet.
This device is mostly used in pharmaceutical companies to catch dust and particles remaining on the tablets when they come out of the tablet press.
