Application: These mills are widely used in the pharmaceutical, chemical and food industries for grinding large bulk and granular materials to reduce size and homogenize particles.
A material transfer device is used to automatically transfer pharmaceutical and food materials and granules from one point to another. This device can be installed on the hopper of tablet press, capsule filling machine, grinder, blender and sachet filling machine. This device operates using air pressure. After transferring the material to the machine's hopper and reaching the desired volume, the machine is stopped by the operator and waits for the next work cycle.
The barrel is used to transfer the material from the manufacturing section to the packaging section and should be placed at the material charging door of the high-speed mixer (RMG), double-cone blender and between the blender or tablet press or sachet filling machine. For this purpose, a barrel lifter should be used. The barrel can be rotated up to 180 degrees.
