The capsule sorter and loader machine is used to separate crushed and out-of-size capsule shells from healthy capsules and load these shells into the capsule filling machine. The operation of this device is based on the creation of positive air pressure by the motor side channel and the transfer of pumice to the hopper of the capsule filling machine. Also, the vibrator installed inside the device performs the action of falling and separating the pumice.
